PREAMBLE:
After ten years, a quarter-million dollars in legal costs, and the technology rights passing through the hands of three separate companies, my technology rights are mine once again, and nobody else holds any legal claim (rights) to any of my technologies any longer!
So in the belief that this will further "promote the progress of science and useful arts", and being the original author of the following works, and also being the sole Copyright holder of all the documentation, illustrations, diagrams and other renditions of my works described herein, on February 2, 2011, donate and release the following Intellectual Property (IP) and also the technologies, collectively described as "ForensX" technologies, into the Public Domain. This release includes the complete works, including my original (and complete) schematics, diagrams and drawings. This also specifically includes even the schematics and diagrams that were submitted to [my] patent attourneys, but were not included in the formal Patent application.
Much of this technology has since been patented — bit by bit — by others [and after my original application, dated 2 Feb, 2001]. Because those Patents were applied for AFTER mine, mine is the "prior art" so you can use this FREE because I DONATE THESE TECHNOLOGIES TO THE PUBLIC DOMAIN.
I DONATE THESE TECHNOLOGIES TO THE PUBLIC DOMAIN.
